Customer Qualifications

We don't want to wast your time or ours. Use this page as a guide to determine if we are the best fit as your contract packer for your product.

We prefer to meet with potential clients once we have established that we are a good fit for your product. We ask that you arrange to be onsite for the first run for any tweaking that may have to be done. The first batch is usually a smaller test batch.

Our general guidelines to decide what we are looking for:

  • Must have adequate credit rating. There is a cost for all the product manufacture, ingredients, caps, bottles, labels, box, bar code, nitrogen (if needed), .... that has to be paid.


  • Minimum initial run is about 3,000 cases of product. This is based on a 1 day run. Less than this is not cost effective.


  • Annual volume of 100,000 units. If you have more than one product similar to each other, your product count could include all of them. Example: You have a sauce, a medium hot sauce, and a crazy nuclear hot sauce, all based on the same formula just with higher levels of heat added to them.


  • You have to have some type of distribution in place for your product. We don't provide long term warehouse facilities.


  • No product that contains meat, poultry, fish, or potable alcohol.


  • We can't really give you a price to start with until we understand more about how your product is made. It's like asking how much is a car? Dinner? A vacation?


  • You won't provide us with a formulation until we have a signed NDA (non-disclosure agreement) in place.
